Cash Credit is a Tanzanian-based loan application app that improves credit assessment accuracy and increases the approval rate for specific demographics. We offer personal loan products that comply with local and Tanzanian regulations and undergo rigorous review and approval in areas such as consumer protection, interest rate regulation, and loan process transparency.

The Cash Credit app (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), operated by STELLAR DASH INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we"), takes user privacy protection very seriously. Location Permissions We only request access to your approximate location information to the extent necessary to provide you with services. This information will only be used to: recommend loan plans that comply with local financial regulatory policies and market conditions; and provide localized customer service and support. Photo Album Permissions You are only allowed to actively select and upload bank card photos, instead of manually filling in information, to improve operational efficiency. We adhere to the "access authorization" principle throughout the process. We will never access or store any photos in your photo album that you do not actively provide without your explicit instruction, strictly protecting the security of your information. Calendar Permissions In accordance with regulatory compliance standards, calendar permissions are limited to a single service scenario: They are only used to help you synchronize your repayment dates to your mobile calendar, allowing you to easily set repayment reminders and avoid negative credit records due to overdue payments. Your schedule privacy will not be violated. Camera Permissions They are only used to take bank card photos (to assist with information verification) and complete facial recognition (to confirm that the operating entity is consistent with the registered information). All image information captured by the camera is used only for business compliance review and will be automatically desensitized and destroyed after expiration. Reminders Repayment details (including amount, date, and channel) will be sent to you only before the loan term expires, ensuring you are fully aware of your repayment obligations and avoiding overdue risks. The notifications strictly comply with regulatory requirements and do not contain any misleading information.

 

 

How we use your personal information:

Provide loan services: Use your personal information for core business processes such as loan application review, approval, issuance, and repayment management. For example, evaluate the loan amount and interest rate based on the income and credit information you provide, and use your bank account information to issue loans and automatically deduct repayments. ​

Personalized services and recommendations: Provide you with personalized loan product recommendations, promotional event notifications, and related financial service information based on your personal information and usage behavior. For example, based on your past loan preferences and repayment records, recommend new loan products that better meet your needs or adjust the amount and term of existing products. ​

Service improvement and optimization: Analyze your personal information and usage data to improve the application's functions, interface design, operation procedures, etc., and enhance user experience. For example, by analyzing the functional modules that users frequently operate and the problems they encounter, we can optimize and upgrade the application in a targeted manner. ​

Security and risk prevention: Use your personal information for identity authentication, anti-fraud monitoring, and to ensure the network security of the application. For example, identify abnormal login and operation behaviors through device information and behavior patterns to prevent account theft and fraud.

Your Rights

 

Accessing, Correcting, and Updating Your Personal Information: You can access and modify the personal information you provide, such as your name, contact information, and address, through the "Personal Information Management" or "Settings" functions within this app. Query operations will be displayed in real time, and modifications will generally take effect immediately upon successful submission. However, some information may experience a brief delay due to system synchronization issues.

 

Obtaining a Copy of Your Personal Information: You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information within this app. You can contact our customer service team and follow the instructions and procedures provided to request a copy.

 

Deleting Your Personal Information: We will anonymize and delete your information within six hours after your loan review. You can also delete your information by deregistering your account in the app or on our website. If deregistration fails, please contact us immediately.

 

Changing the Scope of Your Authorization or Revoking Your Authorization: You can at any time disable some or all device permissions, such as camera, photo album, and location access, by going to "Settings - Privacy" within this app or through your device's system permissions to refuse us from collecting your personal information. You can also revoke your authorization for us to process certain personal information through specific procedures (e.g., the relevant options found on the privacy policy page within the app). Please note that withdrawing authorization may affect your continued use of certain features of this app.

 

Account Cancellation by Personal Information Subjects: If you wish to cancel your Flash Loan account, you may submit a cancellation request through the app's "Settings - Account Management - Account Cancellation." Before canceling your account, please ensure that all loan payments have been settled and that you have no outstanding business transactions. Upon receipt of your cancellation request and verification of the relevant information, we will promptly cancel your account and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

How we handle information of minors

Our services are only for adults. If we find that a minor provides us with personal information and applies for a loan without the consent of his/her guardian, we will reject the loan application and delete the relevant information in a timely manner. If you are the guardian of a minor and find that a minor provides us with personal information, please contact us in a timely manner and we will assist you in handling relevant matters in a timely manner.

 

How to update this policy

 

We may update this privacy policy based on business development, changes in laws and regulations or other needs. The updated privacy policy will be posted in a prominent position in this application and notified to you in an appropriate manner (such as push notifications, pop-up prompts, etc.).
